Delivery & Returns

Delivery policy

Anything Framed only delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom. Some restrictions may apply.

Delivery in the UK is Free or you can arrange to collect your order. Just select your option in the shopping cart.

We are working 7 days a week and most orders go into the workshop the same day or the day after ordering and are dispatched the day after, but because your item is custom made for you, we are not able to give a time or specific date for goods despatched, though delivery is normal quick. We have to back are self up so in some cases delivery be within 7-14 normal working days.

We aim to get your framing into the workshop the same day or day after placing your order.

You will be notified when your order has gone into the workshop and when it has been are dispatched.

Item availability

We try very hard to ensure that all stock shown on our site is readily available. Occasionally however, a particular item may be temporarily out of stock or I don't have enough in stock for you order. In this case it will not take more than a day or 2 to restock and we will keep you updated.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Cancelling an order

You are ordering custom framing once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled.

Return policy

Our returns policy is simple: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.

For an exchange, refund or credit, please fill out the Return Authorisation Request form on the website, include the reason the for return. Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.

Here at Anything Framed we always do our best to provide a finished product of impeccable quality. We hope you'll be thrilled with everything you order from us. At the same time, we realise that even we can't please all of the people all of the time!

We also ask that if you are taking advantage of this offer you do so with careful thought and in genuine cases only. This is not intended to enable people deliberately to over-order so that they can view products with the intention of keeping some and returning others. Also please note that, in the case of framed pictures, we will have gone to a lot of trouble to make your frames exactly to your specifications, and they will not be re-usable for any other purpose.

To make sending things back as painless as possible, we've designed our returns procedure to be quick and easy.

Returns procedure

  1. Fill out the information on the Return Authorisation Request form and reason for the return.
  2. As soon as we receive your Returns Form, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
  3. Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.

Please Note:

  • Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
  • Anything Framed ‘14 day guarantee’ does not apply to any business customers.
  • We cannot unfortunately, refund shipping costs for orders, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Complaints

Here at Anything Framed we value our customers above all else. If for any reason you have a complaint about our service, please either call us on 07533 666647 or e-mail us at steve@anythingframed.co.uk or you can use the contact form and we will do our best to make you happy again! We aim to respond to all complaints within 1 working day, but in any event it will certainly be within 5 working days.
